Terms of Service.
By using the services of Ashley Auto Care, you (the "Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Ashley Auto Care offers a range of interior car detailing services, including but not limited to:
Vacuuming and upholstery cleaning
Dashboard and console cleaning
Leather conditioning
Carpet cleaning
Odor removal
Pet hair removal (if requested)
Stain removal (additional charges may apply)
Additional services or custom requests will be charged separately and agreed upon before service commencement.
2. Booking and Appointments
Booking Process: Appointments can be made via phone, email, or social media accounts (Facebook/Instagram)
Deposit: A deposit of $20 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the final bill.
Confirmation: All appointments must be confirmed by Ashley Auto Care at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee of your $20 deposit.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
3. Pricing and Payments
Pricing: All prices for services are listed on my social media accounts (Facebook/Instagram) or available upon request. Prices are subject to change at the discretion of Ashley Auto Care. Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or other special treatments.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services. I accept cash or e-transfer (autocareashley@gmail.com) *no change on hand
Refunds: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify me within 24 hours of service completion. I will address any concerns and offer a re-service if necessary. Refunds are not typically offered unless agreed upon after consultation.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Vehicle Condition: It is the customer's responsibility to remove all personal items from the vehicle before the detailing service. Ashley Auto Care is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
Vehicle Access: If your vehicle is difficult to access (e.g., non-working locks or electrical systems), I reserve the right to refuse service or charge an additional fee.
Information Accuracy: Customers are required to inform me of any specific needs, allergies, or sensitivities related to cleaning products.
5. Liability and Damage
Care of Vehicle: While I take utmost care in detailing your vehicle, Ashley Auto Care is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or stains that may be exacerbated during the cleaning process.
Limited Liability: In no event shall Ashley Auto Care be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Customer Information: Any personal information collected from customers will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
Data Storage: Your personal data will be securely stored and protected in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
7. Health and Safety
Chemicals: Ashley Auto Care uses industry-standard cleaning products. If you have any allergies or sensitivities to chemicals, please notify me before the service.
Safety Standards: I am trained to handle cleaning products safely, and appropriate safety equipment will be used during the detailing process.
8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Ashley Auto Care reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
9. Termination of Service
Ashley Auto Care reserves the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason, including, but not limited to, abusive behavior or unsafe vehicle conditions that may present a risk to myself.
